We're over-the-moon excited for this week's incredible coffee from the Carmo de Minas region of Brazil. The beans were grown on the Pereira Family's meticulously-maintained Fazenda Santa Inez farm, and they really know what they're doing when it comes to delicious coffee (they won the Brazil Cup of Excellence in 2005). These particular beans have been natural processed, yielding a thick, heavy body and some really intense tropical fruit flavors. Among the all the coffees in the world, this one will certainly stand out for its exclamatory flavor profile, and we couldn't be happier to be adding some more boldness to our coffee line-up!
