I am obsessed with this bean/blend and will continue to order it as long as it is available. I used my last beans from my previous bag this morning, and am in mourning as I wait for my next batch on Friday. I relish the process of opening the bag and smelling it’s unforgettable aroma before measuring and grinding to perfection. I live for a dark and full bodied cup of coffee to start my day. I presently do a pour over with my chemex with an espresso shot added (the more caffeine, the better! Lol) in. It is the perfect pick me up for a person who rarely wants to get started in the morning. The dark chocolate profile with an after taste of spice tantalize my taste buds, and the smoked tobacco are the perfect combination for sitting on my porch with a great cup of joe and *gasp* a cigarette. I know, shame on me!
I am now inspired to try it as an espresso roast per another review and excited to see how the flavor profile changes!
