Another delicious Colombian from Moustache. Very smooth, with subtle tropical fruit tastes. While somewhat expensive, Moustache coffees allow you to drink 3rd Wave quality coffees--and a different variety every time--even if you live far from the coffee centers of America. All you need is a good grinder and a little time in the morning.

This was very interesting to brew, but a little bit too complicated for me. The winey mouthfeel is pretty consistent, but I found it hard to bring out other flavors and was constantly trying to avoid forward bitterness. However, I found grind settings that gave me a distinct orange peel bitterness in Aeropress, which I've never tasted in coffee before. And in a pourover at a fine enough grind, the tannins become very distinctly tea-like.
