Cultivated by smallholder farmers in the highlands of Tolima, this coffee undergoes a meticulous natural processing method, including a 70-hour fermentation and careful drying on raised beds. The result is a cup bursting with tropical flavors—think tepache, juicy pineapple, and tangy passion fruit.
