This exceptional natural processed coffee comes from the Reforest Project in Manzanares, Caldas, where sustainability meets exceptional cup quality. The cherries are processed at the renowned El Vergel Estate using an innovative fermentation protocol.
The processing begins with a 36-hour anaerobic pre-fermentation, followed by 96 hours in hermetic tanks at 23°C. This meticulous process develops a cup with vibrant notes of cherry and blueberry, complemented by cocoa and tropical fruit undertones.
Part of a larger initiative to plant 50,000 native trees in northern Tolima and South Caldas, this coffee represents both environmental stewardship and exceptional quality in your cup.
