Ripe cherries undergo a 24-hour anaerobic pre-fermentation, are depulped and washed at El Vergel Estate, then dried in silos and stabilized for 30 days in GrainPro bags — yielding a cup that’s sweet, balanced, and citric. Part of the Reforest Project, this coffee directly supports reforestation and farmer resilience in Colombia.
