As with our other recent COE coffee from Guatemala members will be very familiar with the El Diamante farm. We’ve shipped many coffees down the years from Florencio Castillo’s farm in Huehuetenango so it was an absolute pleasure to be able to win the auction to purchase his Cup of Excellence lot. Tasting this coffee is an absolute pleasure. Initial flavor is chocolate caramel and then we quickly get into complex juicy fruit flavors and delicious florals. It’s a tasty tasty coffee and I hope you enjoy it. We will be shipping this Tasting Series in 6 oz shipments.

These Beans Are Huge!
I hadn't even heard of maragogype before this bag, I don't think. Even though I've been ordering coffees for years. I love coffee from Huehuetenango, and this is very good.
