Villa Maria is a winner - a smooth, round, relatively full-bodied coffee. It has a nice roasty backbone, redolent of dark chocolate, with complexity added through subtle mid and high tones. Roasty, sweet, subtly tart. Great everyday coffee.
Brewed in my French press. Extremely drinkable, but not the same depth of flavor of the previous Villa Maria batch (which was one of my faves!)
