We're happy to have the opportunity to bring another coffee from Tolimo to the club this year - say hello to El Diviso. Jhon Edison Molano is from a coffee producing family located in Tolimo, Colombia. This region, once known for horrific violence between guerrilla groups, government agencies and narco traffickers is now a thriving coffee producing area of Columbia. Specialty coffee has allowed producers in the area the ability to invest into their farms, both in workers and infrastructure. Jhon's farm, El Diviso, is producing some truly extraordinary coffees that we are very excited to share with the club.

We are tasting a fruit forward cup with notes of black cherry and grape up front, with hints of orange zest in the background. Let’s brew!

El Diviso

It's rare to get even a mediocre bag of coffee beans from Moustache, and this Colombian is no exception. Although it lacks a strong chocolate backbone, like some of the reccent light roasts that I've received, El Diviso is sweet yet subtle and so easy to drink. In short, this is another delicious coffee from Moustache.
