Huila Pacamara

This coffee is a single varietal lot from smallholders in the south of Huila. Instead of offering a multi-varietal lot from a single farm (who may not have enough for a micro-lot) this single varietal lot is collected from 5 small farmers with neighboring farms. This allows them to keep their Pacamara beans separate to their main varietals and allows us to enjoy the delicious unique flavor of the coffee! We are getting lots of juicy fruits all in a delicious clean package. Oh and it's double fermented too which I think adds a little something something to the fruitiness, Enjoy!
