This farm is owned by two time gold olympic champion Haile Gebrselassie. He returned to his farming roots and is now running an amazing coffee farm. I'm super excited to bring the club this delicious washed Ethiopian coffee.

This coffee has a such velvety beginning, not sharp like some. It invites one to linger over that mildly dark chocolate body and its cola-like top note. I am always amazed at how accurately the flavors I get match the packaging notes. I appreciate the time which has gone into developing your flavor vocabulary. But are my perceptions being driven by the words I read? That's always a question, but I have never minded. This one is a favorite.
